This website belongs to Brilliantaires Inc, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. If you want to talk to a person about anything on this page, email ceo@brilliantaires.org or call 414-317-3014. Mail reaches us at PO Box 210054, Milwaukee, WI 53221.

Reading this website sends us nothing. There are three forms on it, and they are the only way information reaches us from here.

Contact and inquiry forms. Your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the name of your organization if the form asks for it, what your message is about, and what you write.

Medication support consultation request. Your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and what you write about who needs support.

Program application. This one asks for more, because enrollment needs it: your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, home address, your education and employment background, whether you have internet and a computer, when you would like to start, how you plan to pay for the program, your case manager’s details if you are working with one, how you heard about us, and the eligibility statements you tick at the end.

The application does not ask for a Social Security number, and you should never type one into this website. If a funding program needs one later, it is collected through a secure channel rather than a web form.

Form submissions go into HubSpot, the contact management system Brilliantaires uses to keep track of who has been in touch. That is where the team reads them and replies from.

One automatic email exists. If you pick a workforce funding source on the application (WIOA, Wisconsin Job Center, FSET, or DVR), HubSpot sends you a message about the next steps for that funding. Every other reply you get is written by a person.

Answering you, working through enrollment with you, and sorting out funding if you are applying for it. Nothing that arrives through this website is used for anything else. We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it, and we do not send marketing to people who only asked a question.

This website loads no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking scripts. There is no Google Analytics on it and no Facebook pixel. Nothing here follows you to other websites.

If you already have a HubSpot cookie in your browser from somewhere else, the forms pass it along with your message so HubSpot can join it up with an existing record. If you do not have one, nothing is sent and nothing is created.

One cookie does get set, and only for staff: signing in to the owner portal stores a cookie so the site knows you are signed in. Visitors never see that page and never get that cookie.

You cannot pay for anything here. Donations go through Zeffy and notary workshop signups go through a Google form, both of which are other companies’ websites with their own privacy policies. Once you leave this site, their rules apply, not ours.

The same goes for the news articles, partner websites, and Facebook links on this site. We link to them because they are real. We do not control them.

Inquiries and applications stay in HubSpot so we can pick up where a conversation left off, which sometimes means a year or more between an inquiry and an enrollment. If you want yours taken out, ask and it will be.

Email ceo@brilliantaires.org and say what you want. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct something, or ask us to delete it. You do not need a reason and you do not need to use special wording.

The forms on this website are meant to be filled in by adults. If you believe a child has sent information through this website, email ceo@brilliantaires.org and it will be removed.

The date at the top says when it last did. If something meaningful changes about what we collect or where it goes, this page changes with it.
