Our Story
Roberta Steward
Founder | CEO · CPhT & ExCPT
Roberta Steward is the Founder and Executive Director of Brilliantaires Inc Learning Institute, a Wisconsin EAP Approved Postsecondary School and nonprofit workforce development organization committed to preparing individuals for meaningful careers in healthcare through accessible, high-quality education.
As a dual-certified pharmacy technician through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) and the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB), Roberta brings more than 11 years of experience across retail, hospital, long-term care, and specialty pharmacy settings. Her professional background includes medication safety, pharmacy operations, patient care, billing, workforce development, and pharmacy technician training.
Roberta's passion for healthcare began at the age of five when her younger brother required complex medical care, including a tracheostomy and feeding tube. Witnessing the compassion and dedication of healthcare professionals during his care inspired her lifelong commitment to serving others and improving lives through healthcare education.
Before beginning her pharmacy career, Roberta worked as a CBRF caregiver, medical assistant, and certified phlebotomist. These experiences strengthened her clinical foundation while reinforcing her belief that quality healthcare begins with well-trained, compassionate professionals. Pharmacy ultimately became her calling because it combined patient care, science, education, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on both patients and communities.
Throughout her career, Roberta became recognized as a mentor and educator, training and supporting new pharmacy technicians entering the profession. As a preceptor for Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) Pharmacy Technician students, she discovered a passion for teaching and workforce development. After helping numerous family members, friends, and aspiring technicians launch successful pharmacy careers, she recognized the need for an affordable, student-centered training program that removed barriers to employment while maintaining high educational standards.
This vision led to the founding of Brilliantaires Inc Learning Institute, where she developed a comprehensive PTCB-recognized Pharmacy Technician Training Program that prepares students with the technical knowledge, professional skills, career readiness, and confidence needed to succeed in today's healthcare workforce. Under her leadership, the Institute has earned approval as a Wisconsin Educational Approval Program (EAP) Postsecondary School and its Pharmacy Technician Training Program has been approved on Wisconsin's Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) (Program Number 01418_00001), making workforce-funded training opportunities available to eligible students across the state.
In addition to technical training, Roberta has expanded the Institute's mission to include career readiness, financial literacy, digital skills, mental wellness, student success coaching, and community resource navigation—providing students with comprehensive support from enrollment through employment.
As Founder and Executive Director, Roberta continues to lead Brilliantaires Inc Learning Institute with a vision of expanding access to quality healthcare education, strengthening Wisconsin's workforce, creating pathways to economic mobility, and building healthier communities through education, opportunity, and service.

Ieisha
Director of Public Relations and Community Engagement
Ieisha serves as the Director of Public Relations and Community Engagement for Brilliantaires Inc. Learning Institute. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and brings more than 10 years of pharmacy experience, specializing in behavioral health. Ieisha leads the Institute's public relations, community outreach, and strategic communications while cultivating partnerships with employers, healthcare organizations, and community stakeholders. Her unique blend of healthcare expertise and communications leadership helps expand awareness of the Institute's mission and strengthen its impact throughout the community.
Charles Allen
Director of Strategic Planning
Charles Allen serves as the Director of Strategic Planning for Brilliantaires Inc. Learning Institute. He holds an Associate Degree in Carpentry and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, bringing a unique perspective to organizational growth, workforce development, and community engagement. Charles leads strategic planning initiatives, cultivates community partnerships, and supports the Institute's long-term vision by identifying opportunities that expand educational access and strengthen community impact throughout Wisconsin.
Pamela Miller, RPh, BCPS
Director of Education
Pamela Miller, RPh, BCPS serves as the Director of Education for Brilliantaires Inc. Learning Institute. She is a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) and licensed registered pharmacist with more than 33 years of inpatient clinical pharmacy experience. Pamela provides leadership for curriculum development, academic quality, and instructional excellence, ensuring all programs align with current healthcare standards and prepare students with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in today's healthcare workforce.
Alexza Mosquera
Director of Operations
Alexza Mosquera serves as the Director of Operations for Brilliantaires Inc. Learning Institute. With a strong background in pharmacy and healthcare operations, she is currently pursuing her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) while overseeing the Institute's daily operations, student services, and administrative processes. Her commitment to operational excellence and student success helps ensure a seamless educational experience from enrollment through graduation.
Kinishewa Quinn, EA
Accountant / Accounting & Tax Services
Kinishewa Quinn, EA serves as the Accountant for Accounting & Tax Services at Brilliantaires Inc. Learning Institute. As an Enrolled Agent (EA) and experienced financial professional, she oversees the Institute's accounting, financial management, and regulatory compliance. She is currently pursuing her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential, further strengthening her expertise in financial leadership. Kinishewa is committed to maintaining fiscal integrity, ensuring responsible stewardship of resources, and supporting the organization's long-term sustainability and growth.
Raven Graves
Wellness Coordinator
Raven Graves serves as the Wellness Coordinator for Brilliantaires Inc. Learning Institute. With a background in social work, she provides students with mental wellness support, resource navigation, and guidance to help overcome personal barriers that may impact their educational journey. Raven is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW), further strengthening her expertise in supporting individual well-being and community care. Through compassionate support and advocacy, she helps foster resilience, confidence, and student success.
Liz Klein
Organizational Development Coordinator
Liz Klein serves as the Organizational Development Coordinator for Brilliantaires Inc. Learning Institute. She supports the Institute's growth through strategic communications, branding, program development, and creative design initiatives. With experience in photography, visual storytelling, and business development, Liz helps strengthen community outreach, enhance the Institute's brand presence, and support innovative initiatives that enrich the student experience.
Sauche Dixon
Student Success Coordinator
Sauche Dixon serves as the Student Success Coordinator for Brilliantaires Inc. Learning Institute. She is dedicated to supporting students throughout their educational journey, from enrollment through graduation. Sauche provides individualized guidance, fosters student engagement, and connects learners with the resources they need to overcome challenges, stay on track, and successfully complete their training. Her commitment to student achievement helps prepare graduates for confident entry into rewarding healthcare careers.
Lei'Shai
Junior Events Coordinator
Lei'Shai serves as the Junior Events Coordinator for Brilliantaires Inc. Learning Institute, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of community events and organizational initiatives. Passionate about serving others, she is pursuing a career in mental health counseling and is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families. Her enthusiasm, dedication, and commitment to continuous learning contribute to the Institute's mission of strengthening communities through education and engagement.

Junior Assistant
Kai'Lei serves as the Junior Assistant for Brilliantaires Inc. Learning Institute. As a high school junior, she is gaining valuable hands-on experience while supporting day-to-day operations, special projects, and community initiatives. With a passion for design, fashion, and event planning, Kai'Lei is developing the skills, creativity, and professional experience needed to build a successful future. Junior Assistant
Miracle serves as a Junior Assistant for Brilliantaires Inc. Learning Institute. She supports administrative projects, community initiatives, and day-to-day operations while gaining valuable professional experience. Passionate about storytelling and creative expression, Miracle is pursuing a degree with the goal of becoming a writer and publisher. Her creativity, dedication, and commitment to lifelong learning reflect the Institute's mission of developing future leaders and helping individuals turn their passions into meaningful careers.
