Brilliantaires was founded by Roberta, a dedicated healthcare professional and dual-certified pharmacy technician through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) and the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). Roberta's journey in healthcare began at just five years old when her brother was born requiring critical care, including a feeding tube and tracheostomy. This early exposure to the medical field ignited her passion for patient care.
As an adult, Roberta explored various healthcare roles, starting as a CBRF caregiver, then becoming a medical assistant and a certified phlebotomist. However, it was in the world of pharmacy that she found her true calling. Pharmacy allowed her to combine patient care with continuous learning, and as she advanced in her career, she took on the role of training and mentoring new technicians.
Her experience as a preceptor for MATC students and guiding her family and friends into the field of pharmacy sparked a greater vision—helping individuals on a larger scale. Recognizing the growing demand for skilled pharmacy technicians, she developed a PTCB-recognized pharmacy technician program to create a direct pipeline for individuals seeking stable and rewarding careers in the healthcare industry
